"Well we have been with Roberto for quite a number of years. It has been problematic since the get go. Final straw, I spent over an hour going over all our policies with Roberto, thought it was all good to go. Find out my 19 yr old driver has not been fully insured, then a letter saying another policy is being canceled due to lack of information. NO communication from Roberto. Changing agents, Roberto wants to slow walk the change. Maybe he got too big, but he didn't care about us in the end."
